Shipping & Delivery
Junior Walls ships all of it's items via UPS. Shipping costs vary depending on location. All shipments are insured up to $100. Additional insurance may be purchased for shipments over $100. At this time, Junior Walls ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States.

Sales Tax
Junior Walls charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy
All of the items on Junior Walls are personalized and therefore may not be returned unless the item is defective or an error was made by the artist. If an item is found defective or was damaged during shipping we will replace the item free of charge with the original personalization only. No changes may be made at that time.

If once you receive your order you realize a mistake was made by YOU, reprints are available for $20.00 per print, plus shipping & handling.

Items that were damaged during shipping shall not be returned to us. It will be necessary for you to hold all of the damaged items as well as the original shipping box and all packing material for a UPS claim investigation. Please contact us within 2 business days of your order delivery to report a damaged shipment. We will send further instructions at that time. These instructions must be followed or a replacement will not be issued. If you do not cooperate during the claims investigation a replacement will not be issued.
